1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
We process your orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are 07 days business days.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to high demand, for which we apologize in advance.

In principle, we ship worldwide. It is possible that some countries cannot benefit from our offers and we apologize in advance.

Once dispatched, we're unable to modify orders. If the package is returned, we'll reach out to decide next steps.
5. HOW CAN I GET INFORMATION ON THE STATUS OF MY PACKAGE?

Please note that tracking information may take 3-5 days to update in the system.
6. DO YOU OFFER A RIGHT OF RETURN ON GOODS?
We're convinced of the quality of our products, which is why we've set your right of return at 30 days, so there's no risk!
The goods must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
7. MY PRODUCT HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND/OR IS DEFECTIVE. WHAT CAN I DO ?
We will replace an item immediately if it is faulty or damaged.
If, in this case, you wish to exchange it for the same item, we would be grateful if you would :
1) Take a photo or video of the faulty or damaged item, email it to us at
vitalcare.eu@gmail.com and inform us of your complaint.
2) We will then contact you to resolve the situation.
8. HOW DO I OBTAIN A REFUND FOR GOODS?
Once your return has been inspected, we will contact you to proceed with the refund.
